“19th Century Morsels” and “Literary Bites” are new features at Gastrofestival 2014

 •  At the activity at Cerralbo Museum participants will discover the basics of cooking two centuries ago, and prepare a classic menu adapted to modern cuisine

•  Writers such as Luis Antonio de Villena, Jesús Ruiz-Mantilla and Elena Medel will recall the early 20th century literary gatherings in Madrid from a gastronomic point of view

•  The Círculo de Bellas Artes is also taking part in Gastrofestival with “Gastrobook crossing”, free cookery book exchange

•  The Prado Museum and other cultural institutions in Madrid have prepared original workshops and educational routes. Filmoteca Española will show various gastronomy-related films
